The incident took place around 3 a.m. Sunday when police responded to call of a physical assault on Post Road in Cos Cob, the arrest report said.
According to the report, Frank Molina, 34, failed to comply with officer's instructions and “confronted officers in an aggressive manner.”
He was forcibly restrained while being handcuffed, the report added.
Molina was charged with assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.
He is being held on $10,000 bail.
